Membership Freeze / Deactivation

• No Cancellation Fee: Although we are sad to see you go, we do NOT charge a cancellation fee to exit your membership.

• 30-Day Notice Policy: In accordance with our signed membership agreement, all deactivation requests require a simple 30-day written notice prior to your next recurring billing cycle.

• Membership Freeze Option: Need to take a break for travel, summer, or health? You can freeze your account for 1 to 3 months to preserve your grandfathered rate and avoid any future sign-up fees.

• 3-Month Minimum Commitment: Standard recurring memberships have an initial 3-month minimum agreement before cancellation eligibility.
